Why was Living Multi® Optimal Women's reformulated?

At Garden of Life it is our commitment to bring you the best in whole food nutritional supplements. In order to do this, we constantly research new ingredients and review the latest scientific literature to ensure our products provide optimal benefit.

The previous formulation contained 63 whole food ingredients and the new upgraded formula has 80. We've added new ingredients such as sprouted nutrients, which are sprouted for 3 days so they are rich in enzymes and nutrients. We've also added 4 new ingredients to the Antioxidant Beverage & Spice blend.

The caplets now contain a more concentrated nutrient content which makes them smaller and much easier to swallow.
