The creation of the cookbook was inspired by a 40-day intestinal cleanse process that transformed my life in so many incredible ways. I
completed my first cleanse over four years ago. Within the first week of the cleanse, I had already noticed dramatic results. My complexion cleared, my eyes became
whiter and brighter, and the puffiness in my face disappeared. I felt lighter, and my weight began dropping. As I continued the cleanse, I lost over 35 pounds and
have maintained my ideal weight since. I also noticed more energy and vitality. Also, the constipation and abdominal bloating went away. I not only cleansed my
physical body, I also cleared away old emotional and mental baggage. My attitude about life became more positive and my self image improved immensely. The more I
cleansed, the more I detoxified. I felt so much lighter, like a whole new person!
Others around me were amazed at my incredible transformation. Many of them also wanted to cleanse. I left my accounting career behind
and started my own cleanse business. I then trained as an internal body cleanse coach and cleanse distributor with Dr. Rich Anderson , and studied nutrition. My
business grew, and I have coached thousands of people through the cleanse process. I was constantly asked for cleanse recipe ideas and help with food preparation. I
discovered that there were no cookbooks available to assist people through the cleansing process.
I am an intuitive lover of cooking
and it has always been exciting for me to create new, healthy
dishes. So I got to work and put my cleanse recipes and cleanse
information on paper. Then I contacted many cleanse customers
who also enjoyed cooking and asked them for their favorite cleanse
recipes. I also contacted two chef friends who had cleansed
with me. I asked them to contribute their cleanse recipes. And
so, the creation of "The
Cleanse Cookbook."
