about Beyond Organics
When I was 20 years old and in the midst of recovering from my
illnesses, I was following a plan I would later call “The
Maker's Diet.” While I desperately attempted to find the powerful
whole foods that I needed to consume in order to restore my health, I
made a promise to God. If he chose to heal me, I would dedicate my life
to helping others overcome their own health challenges and, even better,
how to stay well. I have made it my mission to transform the health of
this nation and world, one life at a time. From the moment I regained my
health, I knew that someday I wanted to be able to provide other people
with the same foods and beverages that have made such a huge difference
in my life. Although it has taken 15 years, that dream is now a reality.
Most of you reading this are aware that I founded
Garden of Life, a leading whole food nutritional supplement company.
I am very proud of what we have accomplished at Garden of Life, and we
are poised for continued success. However, from the start, I want
Beyond Organic to take a different path.
I am very thankful for the thousands of health food store partners
who help spread the
Garden of Life mission of Empowering Extraordinary Health. However,
I desire for
Beyond Organic to connect more directly with the very individuals
who have embraced this healthy lifestyle and champion the message of
biblical health each and every day. In fact, I had two goals in mind
when I started Beyond Organic.

Our
Beyond Organic company has 9,000+ certified organic acres in
Missouri and Georgia to raise cattle that are free roaming, Green-Fed,
and genetically superior cows. (By the way, Green-Fed is a more correct
description than grass-fed, and you will learn more about that in future
newsletters.) For example, we have all seen "organic" and “grass-fed”
beef at Whole Foods. But did you know that organic beef requires that
the cows consume 30% grass? Only 30%! In most cases, “grass-fed” is a
